Port Royal Club Wedding
You ever have those days or moments that you just want to relive over and over again? This wedding is absolutely one of them. Everything was just perfect and Alyssa & Jeremy were so amazing. The Port Royal Club is an exclusive club for members only and it is a gorgeous spot for weddings. It sits on white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, FL. The decor on the beach and carried into the reception was describe tropical elegance. The white orchids and lush greenery tied in the natural elements of the beach and provided the perfect backdrop against the blue water.
Hunter Ryan Photo was there to capture all the moments of the weekend and Tiffany recalled what a great time it was and how much they enjoyed working with Alyssa & Jeremy. She said, “I remember how carefree and relaxed they were. They were just genuinely excited to be married - and it was evident in their interactions with one another. They loved taking time to just sneak away for a few minutes at both their rehearsal dinner and their wedding day. Just really soaking in some private time with each other - and we got some great photos then too.”
The design elements continued into all the wedding details. We put together a beautiful welcome bag when the guests checked into the hotel. It included some treats and also helpful information, like an itinerary for the weekend.
Tiffany, from Hunter Ryan Photo continued on to say, “We love when our destination couples make a full weekend of celebrating. From rehearsal to welcome party to the big wedding day. It was truly just a weekend of fun with the two of them - and their joy was infectious.” And I couldn’t agree more. Alyssa and Jeremy truly had fun. They enjoyed the moments and the festivities. We put a lot of work and planning and it was a joy to see it all happen seamlessly.”
Sweetified Cakes made a stunning, white five tier cake with a layer of gold leaf that matched the decor and tasted incredible. The reception was full with lots of laughter, dancing and fun. We hired a caricature artist to come in as part of the entertainment. It was such a big hit.
As couples often do, they snuck away for some couple photos on the beach and Tiffany laughed thinking back on a funny encounter they had during those photos. Her husband, Cody, is also a photographer and “asked Alyssa & Jeremy if they would be able to run hand in hand along the water’s edge as they were finishing up their beach photos. Cody didn’t know it, but Alyssa & Jeremy are both big runners, like pro-marathon type of runners. The couple looked at each other, laughed and said, "um yeah I think we could manage that." We all laughed and ended up getting some really fun pics then too!”
